Semi-Annual Assessment and Planning of DA-ACEF Program Implementation under R.A. 10848 was conducted last May 22-24, 2019 at Fersal Hotel in Rizal Street Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The activity was attended and participated by 80 participants composed of the following:
- Regional Coordinating Units (CAR, I-XIII and DAF-ARMM)- 48 participants.
- ACEF-Program Management Secretariat – 7 participants.
- ACEF Scholarship – 4 participants.
- Office of the High Value Crops and Rural Credit – 5 participants.
- Bureau of Agricultural Research – 4 participants.
- Philippine Crop Insurance Corp. – 2 participants.
- ACPC Staff and Support Staff – 10 participants.
The activity aims to:
- Assess and evaluate the ACEF Implementation under R.A. 10848 for CY 2018 and CY 2019;
- Update Status of program implementation, plans and targets;
- Discuss and resolve issues/concerns that were encountered during implementing the ACEF program; and
- Inculcate among participants a common understanding on implementing the ACEF program.
The last conduct of this activity will be on November 27-29, 2019, in Region XI.
